Please keep in mind that all technical issues and problems should be reported directly to the SLN HelpDesk. Instructional Design issues should be reported to assigned instructional design partners or the Returning Faculty Resource Center.

The majority of requests for the Campus Center from campuses and faculty should fall into the following categories. Please keep in mind that the more complete the information you provide, the more efficiently we will be able to respond to your request.

Guest Accounts
To process a request for a guest account we need the following information.
  1. Permission from the instructor.
  2. First name and last name and email address of the individual that needs the access.
  3. What kind of access they need:
  • From the web only, or from Notes and the web.
    Instructor-level edit access - can see everything the instructor sees including assignments, evaluations, and can create documents in the course.
    Instructor-level read access - can see everything the instructor sees including assignments, evaluations, but cannot create documents in the course.
  • From Web only
    Student-level edit access - can see public documents and can create documents in the course. Cannot see other student assignments or evaluations.
    Student-level read access - can only read public documents in the course. Cannot see other student assignments or evaluations.
Course Changes
Depending on the issue or request below is a list of the type of information we will need to complete your requests regarding course changes.
  • Campus Name
  • Instructor name
  • New or repeat instructor
  • Need notes account

  • Names of Co-instructor/grad student
  • new or repeat instructors
  • Need notes account

  • Title course name
  • New or repeat course
  • Last semester taught
  • Discipline
  • Code
  • Course level

  • Closed - has reached cap on campus registration system
  • Canceled (postponed)
